Grue Demoiselle built around 1850 is a charming period property with a host of original features. Grue Demoiselle was created by Catherine & Jim Jamieson as is a Bed and Breakfast near Bellac, in the Haute Vienne region of France. It has five en-suite bedrooms , one of which is on the ground floor, all our rooms have tea making facilities. Breakfast is also included in the price of your stay and usually includes cooked eggs as a complimentary extra to ensure you are well set for your day ahead.


We take an holistic approach to our business, always with your mind, body and soul as our focus with fresh food and tranquility designed to restore you to a new you, if you are a family then bring your children to experience the fresh air and space and know that they will be safe at our Farmhouse.

To compliment your stay:

In our Studio and Healing room we provide some optional extras to help your holiday along. We offer incredible Bowen technique treatments, Reiki treatment, Indian head massage, body massage and we also have access to a wonderful beauty therapist who offers an extensive line of pamper treatments if you want to book a group and get away to recharge your whole being.
